Coaching moments

Overview

It shouldn’t really be too difficult to have better conversations every day – should it?

In practice, it’s not as simple as it seems. But what stops us? And what would start us?

This short, but not too sharp, session is designed to inspire managers to ‘just try it’!

Learning objectives

This session is designed to help managers:

  • Understand why and when to use coaching ‘in the moment’
  • Develop the four key coaching skills
  • Get some skills practice in a supportive environment
  • Just do it!

Audience

Senior leaders, line managers, team leaders – anyone whose role includes responsibility for getting the best out of other people.

And that includes HR BPs!

This session works brilliantly as a webinar but we can also run it for you as a half-day workshop. Either way, we recommend a maximum of 12 people per session.
