Paul is an experienced executive coach and leadership development facilitator. He became an independent consultant in 2016, following a highly successful corporate career across the complex FMCG, food, engineering and utilities sectors, holding HR Director-level positions within a number of blue chip businesses such as Babcock International, E.on UK and Cargill. Having operated at a senior level in major businesses, he has a strong understanding of the very real challenges of leadership responsibility and brings the value of this experience to coaching and leadership development clients.
Paul’s approach to coaching provides support and challenge in equal measure, showing a strong commitment and desire to empower clients to make enduring positive behavioural shifts within their professional and personal lives. He has a successful record of coaching people in senior leadership roles up to and including Executive Board level, in both private and public sector organisations. He also works as a coach with those at middle management and first line leader levels.
As a transformational leadership development facilitator, Paul focuses on driving organisational change whilst improving day-to-day delivery, building effective workplace relationships, delegation, personal resilience and self-awareness.
Paul is an ICF-credentialled Associate Certified Coach and is Saville and Holdsworth accredited in occupational testing and personality profiling.
