Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in the corporate world addressing strategic, performance and operational improvements with multinational organisations in software, medical devices, manufacturing, forestry, and mining industry with a strong background in manufacturing, operations, supply chain and big data.

He is an ICF PCC certified coach, a Lean Six Sigma master black belt and an Agile Scrum Master. Stephen has been in leadership positions building teams and improving their effectiveness. He coaches and is an associate professor at ESSCA Business School Shanghai where he teaches country risk, B2B marketing and communication, and statistics.

As a coach and mentor, Stephen works with teams and individuals to support them as they unlock their potential, empowering them to achieve transformation and results beyond their expectations. Supporting individuals in all stages of their career, Stephen coaches based upon their own their choices, to own their results and be the best version of themselves as team members, leaders, employees and people.
