Juliane’s career has been dedicated to making positive change for organisations and individuals. With a strong background in organisational psychology, her expertise focuses on leadership development and team facilitation. As a coach, Juliane partners with her clients, adapting to their style and needs. She uses a research-based, whole-person approach to identifying goals together and holding her clients accountable towards success.

Juliane has worked with clients across industries including fast growth start-ups and global organisations. She has worked with founders and executives as well as new managers. Juliane bases her coaching practice in leadership science and research, while drawing on her experience in organisational change management, team development, leadership development, and organisational culture. She is also a skilled team coach, trainer, and facilitator.

She began her career in non-profit. Later, she was a consultant to government agencies in programme development and assessment, conducting nationwide focus groups for the Department of State. In addition to her individual and team coaching work, her consulting work has included change management in a global retail organisation supporting change during times of new corporate acquisitions, creating and conducting management training programmes for industrial and tech companies, and developing leadership offsites.
