Victor has over 15 years’ demonstrated experience in management consulting. Having worked for an investment bank in London, he has been exposed to various cultures and working environments in Europe, Middle-East/Asia and North Africa.

Throughout his career he has also accumulated a solid expertise in academic macroeconomic research, and legal consulting, as well as procurement and supply chain advice. He has a PhD in Economics, focused on the economics and marketing of intellectual output and innovation. He is an active business researcher, producing and disseminating original research and various content for corporate thought leadership papers, as well as standalone business / economics related studies.

Victor is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a certified Design Thinking & Innovation professional. He acts as an Executive Coach for a Big 4 firm’s Manager and Senior Manager Development Centre in Central and Eastern Europe. He has set up the firm’s coaching practice nationally. He practises coaching both inside and outside the organization.

As a coach, Victor draws his resources from the positive psychology and solution focused traditions.
