Bozena has over 25 years’ experience in corporate life in addressing structural changes, staff development, talent management, recruitment, HR business partnering and coaching in banking, insurance, consulting and telecommunications companies with a strong background in HR policies and process improvement.

She is an ICF PCC certified coach, ICF mentor and ICC certified coach. Bozena has been in leadership positions to lead teams and improve their effectiveness. She is a trainer and mentor for coaches and delivers coaching skills workshops to organisations.

As a coach, Bozena works with teams, business leaders, business owners, executives and individuals to empower them and help them discover and use their best resources to achieve results beyond their expectations and what they thought possible. Bozena coaches people to widen their perspectives and make the best possible choices.

Bozena has extensive experience of group and team facilitation and is also a trainer of ‘soft’ skills. She creates her own programmes for groups of employees and managers.
